Amnow Proprietary Limited trading as Diamond Conveyors began as a 2 man operation providing conveyor belt splicing services in 1997, our first ever customer was an opal miner in Coober Pedy, South Australia.
A Belt was prepared in the back yard of Terry Anderson, one of the founding directors. A Small Industrial Unit at Kilkenny, S.A. became our first operational site before moving 15 months later to a site at Cormack Road, Wingfield owned by the other founding director Alex McCance.
Our Client base grew to include many quarries, recycling, concrete plants, pipe and brick manufacturers and silos in and around Adelaide. The business continued to operate from here until February of 2008, when we moved to our current larger premises at 18 Palina Court, Smithfield, S.A.
In December of 2003 Nick Anderson took over as a director from his father Terry who retired from the company.
We now have in excess of 10 staff involved in service sales and administration, and we service clients throughout South Australia and in the Northern Territory.
